The most important of these events is Andar Per Vigne (Walking thorugh the Vineyards namely) that traditionally takes place on the third Sundays of September, October and November.
Consorzio Tutela Valcalepio officially launched the Valcalepio Wine Ambassador project at Vinitaly 2019.
The project was developed with the partnership of a program called Wonderfood&Wine organized with the patronage of Lombardy Region and Unioncamere Lombardia to promote Sapore inLombardia.
The project aims at using wine as a means of promotion for its producing territory as a whole. Valcalepio will be the proud ambassador of Bergamo land and of its high quality production (mostly food), of its touristic and cultural richness.
Valcalepio DOC as an invitation to visit Bergamo and its region, to admire its naturalistic and artistic beauties, to appreciate its touristic attractions and to taste its high level gastronomic production.
The 2 minutes video will be uploaded into a QR CODE and applied to approximately 1 million bottles o Valcalepio DOC that will work as proud ambassador of their production land and will transmit the message: Come and Visit us in Valcalepio.
